ARTWORK SECTION

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

That's an idea I have just had.

I have noticed that many people, such as me and others...
love making artworks , and have made many.
But where are they ?
You have to fish the entire web/forum to find them

so I think that a tidy and organized Artwork section should be open...

Like "SISTERS BELGRADE 2006"
with all the proposed artwork for it available ( links and everything )
and also a brief description of the show itself....

it can quickly become like a Bible ... and then be linked to "sisterwiki"

I don't know , what do you think about that?

Seems the sort of thing that the photo gallery was made for.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I'll say one thing for Sisters bootleg collectors, they ain't spoilt for choice for how their collection looks these days  :D 8) :notworthy:

Personally, I blame Live In The Troyan Horse. First time I saw that LP cover, I took a hell of a lot of persuading that it was a bootleg and not official. I figured 'fair play' on whoever had gone to the effort to knock that up, with whatever technology was around at the time. Awesome. :notworthy:

And all this current choice is a good thing, variety is the spice...etc 8)

DTS - well volunteered mate. Feel free to take all my covers outta the Sharing section and stick em in whichever new section you create / moderate. Good lad. :notworthy: ;D

Actually, we should just do an "ARTWORK" section INTO the SHARING one, and try to keep it clear and concise.

Like :

"NAME OF THE SHOW"
"link to download"

that's all

then people will be able to find them easily and that doesn't make a huge mess...

what do you think?
