Siiiii

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

In 1983 there was a small post punk/alternative/goth band called Siiiii in Yorkshire. They didn't last that long and they never released anything properly.
Paul the singer lived in Sheffield for a good while after, singing in various bands & Siiiii was forgotten about for 20+ years.

Now good old Mick Mercer has pushed them back together.

I knew Paul when he lived in Sheffield and he had a superb voice, almost sounding classically trained at times. They're older, much wiser and on the bill on the Sunday at the woolstock thing in Leeds. Go have a look.

*Unlikely band reunion #2*
