NMA Dates

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Even though only a couple of their songs ever really grabbed me, I daresay it'd be rude not to go to the Leeds gig, I'm sure my mate Sarah will be up for it...

Weebs? Norm? All other LHLC...

I saw them at the Hummingbird in 1990 (I think) and they were great. Have they gone off the boil recently?
I was going to go to the London gig but if they are no longer any good live... (Mind you I haven't listened to any album since Thunder and C)

Saw them in '91 and they were pretty tasty, saw them in '02 and it felt like a completely different band - did nothing for me :/

I saw em at the T&C in the early 90's....Terrorvision blew them off stage. Nuff said.

But Sarah was a clog wearing uber fangirl, so at least we can stand back and laugh at someone else going mental in the pit, for a change. :notworthy:

Come and see them play on a boat in Bristol. Thekla is very small and when the boat is full i believe you are under the water line.
Sticky floors and condensation on the walls/hull. It's the perfect place for The Sisters, especially considering the low turnout for the last Bristol gig.

DO NOT TAKE QUAVERS!!!!!!

ME Mags & Andrew S saw them last year, they're a shadow of their former selves, as are the crowd :| , musically very good but not really New Model Army, more Justin Sullivan + Friends :| , a bit like the Sisters but better.

And me! :D

Well the first anyway... I don't own a pair of clogs but do you reckon I could get in free on account of being related to their first bassist? :innocent:

(Come on, how many Morrows are there in the world, really? If he's any more than a 2nd cousin I'd be very surprised. You're right to be impressed!).
