The Sopranos : Made In America

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Journey play on the jukebox singing "Don't stop believing' and slowly the screen fades to black...

Last night, The Sopranos ended. I watched it this morning and I feel just that little bit emptier today knowing I won't be seeing Tony and the other wise guys sitting around the Bada Bing anymore.

But still , we got 8 seasons, a hell of lot people getting whacked and one of the finest shows ever to grace our lives ends.

Thank you David Chase.

I could never get into the show and it's probably because I grew up in New Jersey and my life was eerily similar to that show and it was just to painful to watch.

I for one, am glad it's over. The show glamorized goombas and guidos and they are just the worst lot to deal with.

Never seen it.

I actually don't watch a whole lot of TV. A few comedy shows on DVD, the odd documentary or nature program, that's about it.

In general I'd rather sit down with a good book, or listen to some music.

Isn't it more embarrassing that Ramone recognised that horrible tune?

Oi Steady there now!!! Tis a fine tune, half a bottle of Uncle Jack D and I'll belt that tune out and don't care who hears me..

Nah, Tony is sat in the booth of a diner and it has one of those table top jukeboxes and he selects the tune..and then..well.. the ending will have you... I can't say anymore, but it's worth the wait.

First tune of the night on the show is even better.. the original version of Denise by Randy and the Rainbows which then under went a sex change and became Denis by Blondie! See, I'm a wealth of mindless mundane facts :)

8)

Anyway.. Fugedabait..wotchagonna do huh?

Dear Diary, Here we are again. June 12th 2007 10:16pm.

Today I upset Mr Blast once more. And now I feel all warm and tingly.

Well it's nearly time for bed, so I'm now going to curl up under the duvet and smile my little smile, knowing that I once again put one over on that dastardly Mr James Blast.

And on that happy note, sweet dreams night night. xx
