Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light,
As under a green sea, I saw him drowning.

Isn't that Eldo you're talking about there?biggy wrote:1/ "most" what? He always sounds out of breath.
2/ He must be nearly 65, he'll be tripping over it when he goes for his pension.
1 ; That's just a matter of opinion ..biggy wrote:Elise wrote:This is a clip of a live television performance from last year

1. ...but unlike most, he actually sings on key quite a bit of the time. And his voice is very distinct - I can always tell that it's him singing, you know what I mean?biggy wrote:1/ "most" what? He always sounds out of breath.

b. Again: ...and?
I do believe I smell jealousy here, dear Biggles...
I left my heart in Ballycastle...
I saw southern death cult, they were brilliant.
I saw death cult, they were brilliant.
I saw half of the Cult Dreamtime tour, brilliant.
I saw most of the Love tour, brilliant.
Then they wrote Electric and it all went downhill from there.
Covering Born to be wild pretty much summed up just how cliched they'd become.

So they made a few mistakes along the way.. It shows they try and they want to do new stuff, and above all they don’t see themselves as something better than the rest.

But now , I think they're on their way getting
brilliant again...
Unkle's new album has lots of guest artists on it, Including Ian Astbury. "When Things Explode" is a good song and he sings it well, although he sounds quite different ...almost sounding like Ian McCulloch.
