The Critical One

For you to give feedback to the Heartland moderators. Wish lists, fault reports, etc. You may get an answer, you may not. As in all things, it largely depends on how nicely you ask the people in charge... You're welcome.

it's a bit like The Sisters Martin, they are both always here with us, just that sometimes we are not aware of them

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Oh, and if we're doing movie quotes, has anyone noticed that they mostly come at night. Mostly.

Just one here about an hour ago, plus the site's being slow. :urff:

Maybe it's also time to delete a bunch of the spambots accounts, rather than just setting them to a "Banned" location.. we'll probably find that we only have about 200 members!

Is this just the equivalent of the critical one in the photo bit of the forum?

I had a critical just now.

Just had a whole raft of them there. Switched from Camino to FF and it wouldn't load at all, posting this from Safari.

yeah, i think the db hosting co are having a few issues

i'm going to try switching it all around a bit in the next few days, so there might be an hour or so downtime here or there

i'll make an announcement before i do anything though, and i'll try and do it late at night so you'll all just have to go to bed early ;)

Ummm... I know this probably shouldn't happen now that the database is off the old box, but...

Just got a whole load of them for a few minutes.

ach! :o

the sooner i move it entirely onto one server the better... it cant be good for it having the website on one server in germany and the database on another in the usa

the final "big" move will likely mean a couple of days downtime while i move the files and the dns updates itself, and all the heartland email addresses that various people have will disappear too (hence it will need a bit of planning) but it should sort out all those errors :urff:
