This guy
Istvan the first Hungarian king (Same name as me, but in Hungarian)
Loads of fireworks & stuff all over the country.
Nearly 2 million people went to Budapest for the fireworks there tonight.
Currently celebrating (well here anyway)

It's alright when it's at the other end of the year, but can get a bit confusing when they're right next to eachother, like my (late) grand mother's. Apparently no-one ever knew for sure which one was actually which and which they were celebratingPista wrote:No. Name days are actually celebrated more than birthdays here.SINsister wrote:What?! Told you it was an East European name.SINsister wrote:They even spell mine correctly! I'm floored.
Bit of a "barstewardised" name that one.Ozpat wrote:

Keyser, or Kaiser, is literally tranlated as Csaszar, but that's a family name.
Soze should be pronounced Shoze, but I think that's also a family name.
