Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. I mean, for example:

its an award given from the queen, basically for getting on a bit and having done something notable. allegedly.

we also have OBE's. they are a couple of steps down from being knighted.

i think the B.E. part stands for British Empire :?: :roll:
