With Steve's departure, FOH would not be the same, therefore, we have come to the decision to end it here. I know it may come as something of a surprise, it does to me as well.
Apologies to everyone, and thanks for the amazing amount of support.
Should anyone have any questions, feel free to PM me.
I think it comes as no surprise that I'm absolutely gutted.
RIP FearOfHatred Mark II, 2005-2007.
FearOfHatred call it a day.

Sorry to hear that.
I hope, and I believe, that you'll get something hooked up properly sooner or later.
(Edit: that was directed at Korin not dei, as I hope is obvious)

Best of luck grasshopper, this s**t happens often, don't let it discourage you from making the guid choons!
I know I never did, and I've had my share of bands splitting up

Well, the only light at the end of this is that I can take over the gigs at which we're now no longer playing.. though it depends if the other singer actually materialises in a few days or so, so I can tell her to start memorising the songs.. otherwise it'll just be me and a backing track. Supporting two metal bands.
Sad news when a band splits up (unless they are Take That of course).
Hope you can put the wheels back on & re-emerge from this.
Cheers.
Steve

was it musical differences or a bizarre gardening accident?

Steve left, and the others were of the opinion that we couldn't be FOH without him. Which is true, to some extent. I should point out that I was against stopping, but I was outvoted, so I respectfully accepted their decision.
We might start playing as a new band soon, us three remaining. But that remains to be seen.

Truth is stranger than fiction. Jeff Porcaro, former drummer with the band Toto, actually did die in a bizarre gardening accident.
*Edit to add: It would have to be the drummer wouldn't it?

This is terribly off-topic (sorry Dark) but I've been looking for an excuse to mention of the name of this group I came across recently.markfiend wrote:a bizarre gardening accident
The mention of gardening is a tenuous connection, but just enough for me to crowbar this in:
