Which band/artist have you seen live the most?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I've lost count of the exact number of times now, but I've seen over 30 Snuff gigs now, and must have seen Miles Hunt of The Wonder Stuff at least 25 times either solo or with one of his bands.

Who do you Heartlanders go see tour after tour (excluding the obvious candidate)

Skinny Puppy, Ministry, Ladytron, KMFDM...

ETA: If you're talking in the 3 or so shows range, however, then there's Bauhaus, VNV Nation, Pleasure Club (sadly, now defunct), My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, Peter Murphy, Bit Shifter, Nullsleep, Duran Duran (shut it!), etc.

Probably some local bands, mostly. Mauro in various guises (not enough though) and Daan in several thingies as well. The Smurfs must be the only non-Belgian band I've seen several gigs of apart from the Sisters I think

Other than a million and one s**t punk bands, probably the Sisters--five times. Philly 1997, two nights in San Francisco in 1998, New York City in 1999 and Dallas in 2006. Actually on reflection, that might be tied with Fugazi shows, but I usually only had to travel about 20 minutes for those.

Same here. Never less than brilliant each time.

The only time I saw Paradise Lost they were introduced by the singer from Blur, it was broad daylight (very sunny) and I think it was Paul Weller on stage after them. It wasn't great. In fact it was bloody awful. Nick Holmes called it the worst playing experience of his life. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan, but there's a time and a place y'know.
