Hi!
Under the link http://mp3.wp.pl/p/strefa/sciagnij/41616.mp3 there is a cover of Nine While Nine, recorded in studio by my band Eyes Wide Open. We think it's cool. We are not a goth band, and I'm the only sisters-fan in the band. The singer had some minor problems with lyrics, but it is worth a hera. Please post your comments here )))
A song for download (well, a cover, but a good one)

I remember that Pikkrong posted details about this a few months ago, but the file was unavailable. I'll give it a listen tonight when I'm back from work! Looking forward to hearing it!

Ive heard this cover version before.. think you might have posted it to Dominion or something. I liked it a lot then, and i like it a lot now
The main riff sounds a little rough (during the intro mainly).. but then this is a just a demo i guess

its possible that the lack of fx and a dodgy eq leave the guitar a little exposed on the intro...?Gary wrote:Ive heard this cover version before.. think you might have posted it to Dominion or something. I liked it a lot then, and i like it a lot now

I like it a lot. The rhythm section could do with getting together a bit more, but I love the vocals and guitar.

Thanx for comments..... in fact these files are mostylly demo versions of demo versions For example sweet dream had vocals re recorded , but I haven't got time to upload the new versions. Also you should try out the song Black Sky, it's our own song, but the new version (which exist currently inly on my harddrive) has far better vocals.
Anyway... thanx guys, and keep commenting

It all sounded a litle dry, but a good version all the same and your vocalist does a great job. Would like to hear some more stuff with her voice! I like hearing non-english girls singing in english. It always sounds much more interesting, the bird from Xmal Deutschland and Bjork spring to mind off-hand.

finally i heard it (although Si was right - i forwarded Meckert's e-mail to dominion when his server was blocked or something, but that linked didn't work for myself).
liked it
not "another gothic cover". i'm not a musician, don't know the right terms, but there was something in guitar and vocals... something interesting...
