Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

We all know that it's always the person who insists "no way am I going in goal" who ends up in goal, anyway.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

The goalie has to stay near the goal, though.

Whether or not your statement's accurate, it's definitely not a topic that I intend to discuss publicly.

There's a world of difference between personal courage, and courage in the face of a ball weighing X flying at you at Y miles per hour.

To my way of thinking, Sinnie's done things that took guts in the past. But also has the common sense to get as far away as possible from that goddam ball. :D

Yeah, but I'd rather be kicking the ball than having it kicked *at* me, see... There's a world of reasons why goalkeeping just doesn't interest me. Being a wuss is only one of them! ;)

I never got to play any sports, though, Marco - so I didn't get to learn valuable lessons like that. I think they'd have helped me a lot! :(

Pffft. I'm not into pain, dealing it out *or* receiving it. I'd just like to learn how to play something - who knows, it might actually be fun.

I recommend cricket. The ball isn't that hard, I suppose.
