just to clear up a few misconceptions here, and save any more awkward moments, doc p is no longer with us
he passed away some time ago and the older members amongst us may remember we had a collection for his bereaved family (and you all did yourselves proud raising over £700 if i recall correctly)
today would have been his birthday
those of us who have had the pleasure of meeting the doc will remember what a great guy he was. his love of the sisters was strong, and his enthusiasm at gigs across europe was a joy to behold, and only eclipsed by his love for his family, of whom he was extremely proud.
rip christian. our thoughts continue to be with your family... i hope you're able to see watch over them from wherever you are.
