March Violets Gig - Photos, Recordings and even phone videos

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Folks,

A begging letter...

Simon D has just mentioned to me "we need to start collecting fans shots and movies and recordings so we can make the historical document as cool as possible..."

So, for "historical document", I guess you can read "DVD" or "DVD booklet"... So if any of you recorded any sort of media on the night and fancy having a chance of it included, please PM me and I'll supply an email and/or snail-mail address...

This includes the support bands and picture of people there, so Biggy, maximum res copies of the Salvation pictures would be appreciated and any others you may have...

(I'll also be passing on the audio recording once my Weed arrives...)

(I'm afraid it has to come with the usual caveat... That by supplying any media for inclusion, you waive the right to huge amounts of cash from the band and give them the right to use it as they see fit, at no cost... (Sorry!!))

So if any of you can help, It'll be appeciated by the band...

Cheers

PM sent! :D
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Also, if anyone comes across any "official" reviews of the gig can they be scanned and sent, or if they are online can you post a link here...

(I'll also be trawling these forums for all the reviews here and putting all the snippets together...)

Incidentally, does this mean that the support acts will also feature on the "Historical Document"?

Yep... I did have a chat at some point, I think QB introduced us... You were the one wearing the sock puppets on your hands... :D

I reckon it should.... Since all the bands contributed to the whole drunken melee... But that is down to Mr Denbigh in the end, I'm just trying to get as much stuff to him as possible so that he can chose what to include...
