HELPING AN HLer part 2

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Nero will transfer AVI (DIVX) to DVD what you have to be careful of is time lag on the audio. If you are transferrring a film it seems to be happy enough but often when doing multiple files on one disc it can be quite noticable. I used to put 4 episodes of a TV series on one disc and most of them suffered a time lag. If converting multiple files I tranfer to DVD file first with WinAVIVideoConverter. It's a process of trial and error and you should try a straight conversion via Nero first.

My DVD player plays it all and was not that expensive.
