I was home some time around 1:45, I think, first Q. from The Mum when I walked/stumbled in - "Did they enjoy the shortbread"? - FACT!

That aside, a great night with lots of shortbread and laughs as usual. Despite the colds, we somehow ended up sitting out outdoors in the freezing weather with McPhabbs clapped out old space heater, much to the disgust of another crowd who accused us of stealing all the heat! True, but it was funny how they thought they were more entitled cos they were smoking and we were eating (and smoking as well but they didn't seem to notice).
And the less said about handbags the better
