PANCAKES!!!!!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Hmm. Further research on the matter leads me to conclude that what you lot are consuming today are akin to French crêpes, and *not* what I'd had in mind when envisioning "pancakes" (i.e., the North American version, seen here). Interesting. I haven't had a crêpe in years... :|

Just thought I'd pause and remind you that some of us have eaten at iHoP (Mitt Romneys favourite restaurant) and resent the fact that you live in a place that provides such culture...

French pancakes can be rolled, sweet or savoury... I've never seen an American cook book :P

I had a place in the sun and a ticket to Syria

Isn't this a bit of the old "pot calling the kettle black," though? British cuisine is an oxymoron. ;)

I can vouch for this.. Lincoln's population is 95% white (of which 90% is white cabbage), Boston is the fattest city in the UK, Gainsborough is pretty much inbred..

And to think I'm heading North
