It was the area near the redevelopments. That was fairly resistive of the whole thing. It got burned down, while our brand new GAP was untouched.

Seeing as how the Hawley Arms went up, what's the betting it was caused by some minor H-list celeb with too much plastic renovation and soaked in spirits, straying too close to a hot radiator for long enough to melt, unseen, and combust?
