That Guitarist's Victims of Circumstance proper tape

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Got the chance to get the proper Voc tape that Wayne gave to a fan in Sheffields. It has the handwritten cover tape by Wayne himself and pretty strange to see (and unknow until now) that the instrumental version of Serpent Kiss was named "Easter Monday 1985 new song" !

Also strange to see that the other songs as marked " sing by Mark, Wayne,Andrew" using real name of each member [/img]

Wow, you've got that? Nicely done, taylor. :)

Might I suggest backing the tape up to a computer? Since it's the highest generation copy, it's probably best to preserve its sound before the tape deteriorates too much.

Any chance of a scan/photo? :)

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

if i were a cynical and ruthless person i'd suggest a full cd bootleg release under a new name with a limited edition of say 150 worldwide. :innocent:
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Easter Monday 1985 = 8 April 1985
That means after Gary Marx left, during the
preparations for the April/May tour ...
