A Poem for Andrew (from Roxette songs)

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

No it isn't, neither are the others, and we need new gigs, or a new record (hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa  :( :x  ), or a tiny official site update, or a new issue of GPS, or at least news about Eldritch as the jury at a Cambodian short film festival, whatever, whatfuckingever!!!!!!!!! :|
Whatever that has any relevance to the man himself the way he is now, not just to his former or current guitarists, not just to his fans doing covers of his songs, or selling some dusty old stuff on ebay, or rewriting roxette songs in green.
It's good to post here every now and then, and this is all that I've had to write for the past several weeks, or is it months. :? :(

Anyone know what the hold-up is with a new Sisters record? I recently read an article on side-line that they almost signed to W14?

Is the article online by any chance?
I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.

Haven't we been hearing news of a new Sisters album since, what, 1995?

(although keep in mind, I only found out about the SoM around 2000... so maybe I have no right to speak! )

I'll see it when I believe it!

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"
