I often over-indulged massively on many occasions in the past, so I'm presently taking a rest from that, and actually all other 'recreational' chemicals too!
This makes life a little tedious at times, believe me, but at least I get things done now.

- Meaning, in case you hadn't guessed, that often, when we think we have been denied something, it turns out that it is for our benefit!
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to preach or anything here, just a few words of caution!
