Spring hath sprung!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Pishin' doon here.

As usual. :(

I'm feeling pretty inclined to rewrite the old rhyme about the months. Something like this seems appropriate:

"January brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
February brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
March brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
April brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
May brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
June brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
July brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
August brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
September brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
October brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
November brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again,
December brings the rain, it's bloody pishin' doon again."
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

We had three days of pure late spring at the end of february.
Yesterday was a good enough day, a bit brisky maybe but sunny.
And today we plunged back into December.
Still, I've the feeling that this summer, at least here in Italy, is gonna be scorching... :?

Le printemps a sprung
le gazon c'est ascendi
je me demande ou sont les birdies.

Les birdies sont sur l'aile
Mais ca c'est absurd!
Je cru que l'aile soit sur le bird!
