Sinny, perhaps it's not my place to say, but it's fairly clear the guys were trying to say something *nice*. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to accept a well-meant compliment

@ Sinny My Apologies for making you feel uncomfortable. I wont comment in such a way further. Sorry KiddoSINsister wrote:Andy, you lot can feel free to toss comments around amongst yourselves, then, in private. Your adulation makes me uncomfortable, believe it or not...and actually, I'd prefer it if you'd all keep your comments to yourselves.

Oh Andy TG !~ I have a weakness for the goths *bless them*
Just it's the rules within HL and basically the getting on folks tits when certain threads and then other threads get wide-washed with little things that should be left for the PM box.
I'm no MOD but know most and I had a rough ride getting into these walls...all I ask now is a little respect for what I had to learn too as a newbie....
...We all know how addictive this dirty old town is but we need to remember our rules as they are there for a reason and if you as a user wants to stretch those boarders so be it...
...but we like law and order with a little naughtiness within these walls...
Just like the good old days...follow the leaders and all will be well or not?
*in a nutshell*

Perhaps I did miss your point - I tend to miss the point most of the time, after all. If I did, I can only apologize.
The thing is, I'd just rather not "play the game" at all...

...well, I'm confused.
No wonder I can deal with males so much easier. Not that I don't try with any gender, but it seems as though one gender (in this city at least) is a bit easier to get one's head around than the others.. quite literally
Oh, and I guess I can repost this.. still goth, even now.. Band photo clicky. Or if you would prefer a non-shadowed face, there's a pic or two from a recent party...

I don't even have any claws, MB - maybe that's part of my problem. *Sigh*MadameButterfly wrote:ladies...please read my post!

And neither do I. Well that's not true, but they're not out.
Sinny, by "playing the game" I merely meant getting on with life with as constructive an attitude as one can summon up, making the most of your lot. Part of that, I think, is being thankful for the good things, like the people who think highly of you. That's all.

Ahhh... I see (said the blind man).
I do try to be grateful, believe it or not. Sometimes, though - especially lately - it seems that the tunnel I've found myself in is long and lightless...and the end's nowhere in sight. Lightheartedness, gratitude, and a positive outlook can all get lost very easily in the dark. Stumbling around wears on one's nerves, after awhile, and the smallest things can get blown out of proportion by frustration and weariness...
Didn't mean to lash out at you (or Andy), anyway, for what it's worth.

I have fixed what "I" needed to fix with the member I had to fix things with. They know who they are. This rest is out of my control
As for "goffness" WTF

Sinnie, I need to say that I'm totally with Boudicca and Madame Butterfly and for what is worth, I apologise as well if I got over the top without actually meaning it.
Andy: where the hell are ye goin? Come back here!
Then, last but not least: Dark: nice piccies!

I knew all of this would end in trouble ...
Wait until you're older, nippers, all of this will seem very embarrassing then! Trust me?!
Oh, and, I'll wait for you at 'Five Oh' Sinnie - It's closer than you imagine ...

I just went the shop for a pint of milk and a copy of Razzle and come back in and see loads of girls screaming and pulling each others hair - oh and something about SinSister wearing chicken and Fish - no wait read that bit wrong.
If you want to see a forum in real turmoil you should of been in the Missions official fan forum a week ago. A lot of the original Sisterhood ( the female branch of the God Squad from back in the Sisters day) and the original Eskimos (m*****n tour following) went in upset everyone and have had people virtually crying
It's all flowers, poems and billowing skirts over there - and as for the women!!
Not like here were people can take a joke share a memory and getting a good whipping off Madame B if they step out of order
