fit goths

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I was in Waterstones the other day ( it was raining and I needed Shelter from the stooooooorm) and I was thumbing my way through the "New Dictionary for today's Modern Woman" - T'was the nearest section to the door -honest!

Was quite shocked in the end not too surprised to find the words :

TACT
DISCREET
QUIET
GULLIBLE

Had all been omitted from this years edition :D

@ Eotunun - I would love to reply in agreement but having just read through the entire of the "when we were young" thread I need to phone the insurance company to get a quote for some building repairs that need doing

Perhaps I live in a bygone age - when women were mors subtle and discreet? - FFS who am I kidding - the more blunt they are the more i love them (women that is)

I'm not sure that I understand what you're getting at, but "Five Oh's" quite a ways away, for me..?
Why will you be waiting for me, anyway? Remember, you'll be getting older in the process as well, sir. ;)

But of course! There's even a "clicky" for you in my post right above yours... ;)

O'Hare gives me the willies. It's so...huge. I rarely fly out of there, only because the el cheapo airline that I usually use has Midway as its hub.

I *heart* Noo Yawk. *Sigh* :(
