I think ma wee brar still has this on VHS. I'm sure it was first shown on BBC2 Xmas 1989 when they had a Heavy Metal weekend of programmes (G**s N' R***s live from some club a few years previously, Spinal Tap, The Decline of Western Civilisation part II and Led Zeppelin live on Swedish TV from 1969 or 1970 in B&W) :D
