Sisters play Suikerrock !!!

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I have just seen that Freaky Age opens the day, now that is a band you want to see but don't want to actully see. a bunsh of 16 year olds that play music that would fit right in the 70's, and it is good too, but if you see those babyfaces on stage the illusion is broken :urff:
clicky

Pencil me in.
I'm not getting too excited about it though.
You can be sure it'll be the same setlist as last year, and the year before, and the year before that...
But I'll be coming for the Craic, the Kriek, the Timmermans, the Liefmans...

BTW the new Nephilim is where it's at gig-wise IMHO. :)

It'll be just like last year in Zottegem, filling space on the green all day and only go in when it's all about to start

It will not be like Zottegem, I'm not the coat lady in the middle of you mental people, I'll be on the tallest guy's shoulders who is not p!ssed, stoned or high so I can take footage and photos! :von:

And all weed gets turned into my care until everyone has calmed down ready to get high afterwards! Just by the way...

Also if any kind soul would be so kind as to fetch me from the train station and has a place for me to lay my body (small space) and shower/bath the next day when I wake up to then go on home.

Please PM me if you live close to that place in Belgium and don't mind putting me up for the night.

It really helps me if I know you though as I'm scared of strangers!

Thanking you kindly in advance

It's so nice that you will smell at tons of sugar after the gig. Yes people the "Tiense suikerfabriek" gives an incredible smell of sugar but who cares? It's about the girls no?

PS: special podium in front for VIP arrangements (starting at 75€)

Probably, although b-rail's server seems to be playing up just now. Just started looking into flights etc. We might make a weekend of it like we did for Zottegem, unless they're playing elsewhere the day befor of course :)

It seems like the girls do like Belgium (or the Belgians do pay a lot...)

Belgian rail travel doesn't change prices for different booking times, so if you tell me where you'll be travelling from, I'll check for you guys one of these days
