THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

You just post radioman!
Even if it won't happen. The joy it brought yesterday was worth it. Now we can only hope it will actually happen....

There are many things I could say in reply to that, but I think it's best not to.
I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.

well.. they did tour a lot in 2006, and some more in 2007.. maybe now we only have to wait untill he runs out of smokes again..
but he will be back soon.. that's the advantage with
he's so full of himself and so in love with himself that he can't stop showing that on a stage somewhere..
maybe a winter tour with some new songs?
i don't sleep, so i don't dream, so i don't wake up frightened...
everything is what it seems, if you look hard enough tonight and see...

Has anyone seen these dates? They are from Ben's Myspaz and there is no other info given, such as what band he's doing those dates with or whether it's the Sisters or not?

Maybe there really will be a new tour? Yet why is Ben in California right now?
Hopefully something to do with a new Sisters record!
Are there lots of recording studios on and near Sunset strip?

Maybe it's with Claytowne Troup? I just hope it's with the Sisters. But Chris is doing his Eureka Machines gigs, so who would be on rhythm guitar?

Yep. The Sisters reformed as Gothminister
What an absolute appropriate name.
Put their heads on f*cking pikes in front of the venue for all I care.

The sheer lack of a new album really has had me depressed lately, I know that probably sounds lame, but it's true.
Tarwater was/is a nice find but it's just not the Sisters now is it?
