Thunderbirds/Gerry Anderson - FAB

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Here in the UK there is a Specsavers (opticians) advert running at the moment and the character at the end of says "F.A.B."

I have no idea what this means - YES i know I could "google" it but I thought I would ask here first - just to see what all of you thought it means

I will start with "F**K ARSE B****D"

I don't know if you wanted a serious answer ;) but...
Wikipedia wrote:The characters use the radio sign-off "F.A.B." rather than "Roger" or "Out". Anderson was often asked what F.A.B. stood for, but stated it in fact simply stood for "fab" (short for "fabulous"), a 1960s catchphrase.
(the end of the 'plot' section)

But shouldn't it have been, "Spectrum is green. And red. And blue. And yellow. And orange. And purple. And..."?

Well I always thought that FAB meant something other that "Fabulous" - and seeing as the puppets are made of wood I am sure there is some footage the public are never going to see
