Sisters Gigs in 1981

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

i'm pretty sure it was talked about on heartland a while ago. it is massively out of date, and was only about 8 pages long anyway, so wasn't exactly exhaustive.
Is this the place I used to know as Fatherland?

I've seen the Heartland books/fanzines on Ebay in different coloured covers (green, blue, etc) with the head and star logo on but I've also seen the "anthology" (issues 1-3) with a black background with orange writing and a picture of Von (1985) with orange backlight. Is that an authentic print or a fake?

red cover (see my avatar) is Heartland #1 (500 copies)
blue cover is H#2 (1000 copies)
green cover is H#3 (2000 copies)
pink cover is H#4 (1.000.000 copies ?)
Anthology (issues 1-3) has two covers : orange-red (no picture) is the first version (issued in 1990 during the Vision Thing tour). Second edition of the anthology has a picture on it.

Collect them all, kids! ;D

IIRC it was with the repress of the anthology that Andrew Pinnell got on the wrong foot with Eldritch... a sad ending of a wonderful collection of books.
