items for sale, personal collection.

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

Warning: Newcomers posting here first will be treated like spammers. At least have the courtesy to say hello in General Chat first...

Are you confusing the phrase "clearing out" with the word "rude"?

HUH? No, I am clearing out and I realize that they would be better off with someone who will cherish them more.

..then maybe you should have offered them on here before putting them on Ebay.
It seems like an extra bit of advertising to me.

While I understand that you believe me to be deceitful, perhaps you could have contacted me personally to hear my side of story.

I am NOT a regular seller on Ebay, in fact the interview disc's were the first thing I have posted. I only posted the interview disc's 2 days ago (not the heartland book).

Last night I remembered that there are forums and thought that perhaps someone would like these items and not have to go through the bidding process. As you can see I only joined last night and I was honest about the ONE item being on Ebay. I have several other. extremely rare items that I considered putting up here for real fans but seeing that people are quick to assume the worst I will not be doing this.

Thank you for putting me in my place, it's too bad you didn't take the time to ask prior to being rude to me.

FFS mods, not everyone wants to post community stuff here, what the hell else is the trading board for? If he wants to sell something, let him advertise it. :urff:

in Mods words for this section: "Got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade?"

I guess it is allowed to sell/promote your stuff here, although it seems rude to barge in on a community forum and start plugging without a proper introduction...

Sorry to say but I'm with Korin here.

That was a loud bark from both sides, enough to scare new people away. :|

Shoot first, ask questions later is not a good approach... Anyway, welcome Evee! :D

Just my opinion, of course, not questioning mods authority etc.

I am not trying to step on anyone's toes or scare anyone away. I simply call it as I see it. Someone registered and posted immediately to hock wares at an auction. That looks rude to me. It has when others have done it, and it does here too.

I do not object to people posting in the Trading section; that is why it is here. Registering to post there, though? I do not care if someone starts an introduction thread or not when he or she comes aboard, but to post immediately here? I like getting mail, but I surely do not want the postman stuffing my mailbox with adverts.

Mod or not has nothing to do with it; I really try not to make that an issue when I post.
