Why Dave Brock should be running the record industry

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I'm not sure if Nik Turner & others would agree with with you @EvilBastard, but otherwise yeah, totally.
I was a little surprised also to read this here of all places after all you lot have said about 'old hippies' ... Changed your tune a little eh?

Hawkwind and the Pink Fairies always did lead the way for some of us
- Bless 'em.

Might even see some of you in Horrorford next weekend to witness another Sonic Attack with the HawkLords - If you are coming peacefully that is - Otherwise don't bother. Don't start all those pathetic insults again either - Old Hippies are forgiving, but even we are human, and can bite back ... (Entirely unconnected with your interesting thread @EvilBastard - Those who are guilty know who they are - It needed to be said and they know it too)

meanwhile back at the races:
I visit that Hawkwind site regularly and unless I have missed something, I think it's new.

In other news:
I got an alert from DaD the other day about an Hawkwind gig, audience recording uploaded... that's a first

my case rests, m'Lud

Oh, and Bartek, get a dick!

Well Quite! - I was fond of Nik Turner too, so I'm not sure if I even like the Hawks anymore, they are hardly original now ...

Seeing as they are playing so close to my flea pit next weekend though, I may condescend to make an appearance ... Happy to share some 'recreational supplements' with you too Mr Blast if you can make it, but I suspect that it's too far & 'Hilly Billy' for you anyway?!

Nah, it's not new. Think it's been about 6 months or so now (I remember posting in "Currently Downloading" quite a while back), there's quite a few recordings after coming into circulation.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Sense of humour failure? - Is that what it was? - Aha ...
