Look What I Found - Sisters Covers Online in MP3

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Good Evening All :-)

I was looking at the links on "Hals" website (which is great by the way!) and found a Sisters fan site that has a whole section of Sisters Covers that you are able to download

The URL is

http://www.sistaaas.de/uk/index.html - simply click on Download Zone

Now that you've said it out loud, it will soon be down.

Hmmm, wonder that's what takes to get in touch with The Sisters of Mercy Police Service?...

Wait! Go to go upload some bootlegs and get myself in trouble. Be right back! :P

Wait a minute! Did you say Sisters covers from other bands or covers done by the Sisters?

Oh... No fun, then. :(

But still, don't I have some great ideas? I could be a crime mastermind if I wasn't such a good Catholic. ;D

Hmmmm - don't really like that droney goth style. I like a bit of life, a bit of kick in my goth, y'know. We need Sex Gang Children more than ever.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

IIRC, these songs are all taken from two Sisters tribute CD's: Monochrome and First Last and Forever.
Rite?

@ IZZY

You are correct some of the tracks are on "First and Last and Forever" - I dont know about "Monochrome" as I do not have a copy if it.

As an aside - is "Monochrome" any good ?

As an aside... is ANY Sisters tribute any good? :-)

Some songs are good, others are not. That's discussing personal taste of course. I think Alice by The Shroud is very refreshing, other peeps think it sucks.
But I have yet to find any tribute that's good the whole line.

Seem to remember that someone gave Wayne a copy of First Last and Forever and after one spin it went straight to the bin (of the tourbus). That said, he was wearing white trousers at the time, so he mightn't 've been in the mood.
