first: manic street preachers in about 1992? 93? i was unbelieviby young and my sister chatted up the doormen to let me in... wherever it was :s after that was a bunch of crappyass local acts, and then THE DAMNED.
last: umm.. hanoi rocks @ the corporation, sheffield. they were damn good.
next: bill bailey. or if it has to be a band, the yo-yo's (and the the mish - all in the same week - lucky me!)

Stone Roses (1989 line-up) or Snake Davis and the mob he used to play with in Leeds Student Union bar c1984. If you mean one that's still around then ... I expect The Chillis are fairly entertaining. (Yes you guessed it, don't know many, but Junior was impressed that I had Californication when he first started watching Kerrang)

I saw APC on the 16th September in Manchester. Absolutely great gig. They only played an hour and 10 minutes and no encore...finished with Judith but were just amazing. Hopefully they'll be playing Stockholm soon.
