In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. well, put it this way, i completely forgot to have my dinner! i've only eaten once today -oops! mind you, i've some fat to keep me going (though a lot less than there was - 5 stones off and 2 to go!)
