just starting one for this show. seeing if i can get a press pass. btw, any photos of von with a vespa/lambretta/etc floating around?
but now i see no tickets listed.... what this taken off the schedule? i have them going on at 9 at the HOB.
There's a cheapish and interesting hostel in the Gaslamp quarter 15 minutes walk away from the House Of Blues.

We stayed there in 2006 and I liked it - a large place on 3 floors with a tatty charm of its own. They had some free pancake mix in the kitchen but we were too scared to try making our own in public
An added bonus was the English theme pub on the corner, which sold some amazing pear cider in pints! San Diego was one of my favourite cities on that tour - I just wish I'd had more time to spend there.
