Latest Sisters purchase

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Now that i've finally got a record player, i've full intention of building up a collexion of official Sisters material, too, over the next few months :D

why is the type on the front not in Caslon Antique and the circle round the MR logo so thin?

This topic has made me realise I haven't bough anything since a Smoke & Mirrors (Frankfurt gig) digi-pack from ebay. Bloody 5 years ago already. Ebay time me thinks...

I could probably buy a nice flat if I hadn't bought Sisters records for the last 5 years...

Indeed. Then it cost the mailman 2,5 weeks to deliver it to my house, although the seller lives in the same country as I do :? I already started to believe that: or it got lost or I made a postman very happy

Well at least he did not deliver it in your garden.
fortunately he didn't, Patrick, otherwise I would be forced to invade the post office with a shotgun ;D

Is that the one on eBay? I was going to bid but then bought a very expensive book and decided I'd better not.
