Hello, I was thinking about ordering this video http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... egory=1473 from eBay and I was wondering if any of you own it and if it's any good. I don't have any live Sisters videos (or any other live videos for that matter) so I'm not sure what would qualify as "good" for this type of unofficial live video. Can you see the members of the band up close? Can you see Andrew's facial expressions? I'm just afraid I'm going to order it and all I will be able to see is smoke and lights.
Also if you don't know specifically about this video, could any of you just give me a basic idea of what to expect from an unofficial live Sisters video? Which of them is the best (of concerts in the 90s)? Where is the best place to get them? Thanks.

I have seen several and most of them are in the same format; hazy, shaky and with poor sound quality. In most you will get the band members up close but equally much footage of the stage. There's always some facial shots (sounds like porn) and always some shots of speakers in extreme close up. And a lot of those annoying too fast zoomworks that people seems to be unable to resist.
I haven't seen Vegas though. Sounds interesting enough. Of the one I've seen I really like the two nights filmed at Forum. I've already forgotten what year that was, but I think it might have been 1998.
Cheers! And good luck.

Almost ALL bootleg Sisters videos I've seen have been sh1t, for some of these reasons-
- Camera too far away. (That tiny dot in the distance is Andrew Eldritch, Wow!)
- Cameraman operating camera very clumsily. (Seems like he's wearing boxing gloves)
- Cameraman unable to use a zoom lens. (But uses it just *once* for a good closeup then never uses it again, just to p*ss you off)
- Cameraman uses his zoom lens *too much*, loses his target, and instead of pulling back and choosing a new target, *swings around* wildly looking for his target and not finding it.
- Dry ice blocking view.
- Prick with the camera stops the tape between every song.
