Walk like you, talk like you... Eldritch shades...

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

What style of sunglasses did Eldritch wear during the Vision Thing era? They're sort of a cross between aviators and wayfarers.

Also, where can I get a pair :P :innocent:

Dunno about them, but I have a pair of mirrored aviators (a la -- well, mirrored aviators) and a pair of mountaineering glasses (a la Dominion)

Me, sad?

I fancy a pair of the heart-shaped shades he wore in the post-VT era :urff:

£ shop shades only- they never last longer than a couple of weeks regardless of the amount spent on them. :(

They're fuckin' sunglasses/underpants/socks!

"Het a lyfe"

Oh BTW:
Aviators since the 70s and new gear aviator stylee from iCON - I did have a brief flirtation with 'cheap sunglasses' Rayban stylee a'la JA-MCs (but not Rayban) c.1986
M&S - pants
M&S - socks

and I haven't been 'Dirk' for quite a long time, like 24 years
;D

:von: Aviators rock hard! :von:
(I must admit that my shades-fetish started well before I knew the Sissies. I got the shades I wear in that linky even before Floodland was aired.)
..I always liked the band for the good taste, apparently. ;D

*I* even owned some aviators, thanks entirely to my obsession with ol' Android in that era. Too bad they looked like utter crap on me! :| :urff:
