Untitled (Extended Version) ???

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

i'm not sure if this has been discussed before, so sorry if that's the case.

according to sisterswiki.org the limited 12"-box /w poster of "dominion" includes an extended version of the track "untitled".

can anyone confirm if this version is really different / longer to "untitled" on the regular 12" / cd-single?

thanks a lot

From memory, yes it is. It has all of the standard version then segues into Dominion played backwards. But someone'll be able to correct me if my memory has failed.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

Stufarq is correct.

Although the "Dominion played backwards" is called Ozymadias and can be found on the CD single.

The record itself comes in a box with the tracklisting on it, with a poster and the 12" in the standard sleeve (or at least mine is), but the labels on the record are different. Cat Number is MR43TB.

"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

That rings a bell now that you say it. It's just the solo sax without going into the slowed down version of Dominion.
