It was a few days ago that a german newspaper redaction received a package with data of thousands of credit cards in it, including safety code numbers etc. The biggest scanadal of dates being leaked anywhere so far.
Thus the interest in solving that matter was big enough to spur all relevant officials into action.
Today it they solved the whole matter.
Two workers from a courier service had spotted a package with a Stollen in it. They were hungry, so they ate it. But, oops, that package was empty now.. Never mind, there are so many other packages, so no one will notice if we taken one of those others and put in in the empty one.
Guess what already?
-The stolen Stollen was a gift to the newspaper crew, and the other stack of packages was a delivery of credit card data on microfiches from the Berlin Landesbank to some subcontractor.
Scandals ain't what they used to be..
