New feature

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Fantastic, I love this line:
a little object of desire that involuntarily caused your feet and hips – and especially in the case of The Sisters, the elbows - to move

wasn't there another ellpee called Fudland and a saucy Goth bass playing Priestess or summat?

Thanks for the link :D

For me, however, this article falls quite short of the expectations it's headline attempted to raise ... sorry for that.

Of course, there's been a sheer endless number of far worse such overview-assessments ...

from that point of view ... :D :notworthy: ... (and anyway, I couldn't do it at all ...)

But, I really can't see where the author does not intermingle with the usual clichés ...

This might, however, be due to the fact that I've always misinterpreted the Sisters at large ...   ... Heaven knows ...

This is the kind of 'music journalism' that belies all the other rubbish. I salute you, Mr Marszalek! Image

Would that I had any qualifications to even attempt it. And I'm not exactly unbiased...
