THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

To not know and to ask a question is a moment of embarrassment; to not know and not ask is a lifetime of shame.

Good stuff.
It must have taken some balls to do that with only 2/3rds of a band.
I'm reminded slightly of the last couple of Velvet Underground gigs that were performed without any of the original members, and I wonder if Eldo decides to put his feet up one Summer whether we'd see Ben+Chris tour the old numbers. Unlikely.

Sometimes I think that all of us are the Sisters and

They did it the way they could - and they had to stand the ground so very much all of a sudden ... still, I agree ...

There's always one.
The first one to say they never even noticed the difference gets a clip 'round the ear.

, yes, that seems to me somewhat inherent to The Sisters ... and part of what makes their, say, director's skill so unique ...
