Tainted Love

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Maybe..he´s a great live actor for sure..saw him two times so far and I was impressed... :notworthy:

Good grief. I didn't expect this to prompt so many replies.

I'd have thought that was too well known to be mistaken.

But, as expected, the consensus is a resounding "no". If it was real, I'm sure someone on here would have known about it. Thanks all.

Me too.....but the best version of Tainted Love is certainly the original by Gloria Jones...you know, the one who cannot drive to save her life.

Are you kidding? I saw The Beatles live - twice.

Saw The Stooges for the first time opening for Alice Cooper in 1970.

Saw The Stones in...1966.

I just had to blow a hole in your demographics...

I don't have any problem with MM's covers, since they tend to sound the same as the versions they're covering (just with more guitars).

Oof, harsh.

You know she was totally ripped off after Marc died, and brought up Rolan in abject poverty.
