AHRYEPH
I was gone, but now I'm - almost - back. Busy days behind me, busy days ahead. More to come soon... ish...
Welcome back ARF.
I'm quite sure I haven't been missed much round these parts; if for nothing else than the fact I'm no good at meaningful/less banter these days or contributing to the umpteenth thread about why The Sisters aren't releasing a new album. Hence, I'll restrict myself to another bout of shameless self promotion.

EDEN AVAILABLE TODAY!!
Yes, it's that time of the month! As of today, 'Eden', Ahráyeph's adaptation of the Hooverphonic original, is available for purchase!
To purchase the track, either follow the links here to Rhapsody and Amazon MP3.com, or just open your iTunes and go to the iTunes store of your region, search for Ahráyeph (even without the accent on the 'a' you'll get there) and you'll see the 'Eden' single listed together with 'Marooned On Samsara', ready for you to buy. It's only 99 cents wherever you decide to purchase the song, so you won't be missing an arm and a leg after buying it.
In any case, we hope you'll enjoy our take on the original Hooverphonic song!

Sorry, Steve, but this is the best I could do. Itunes or mp3. Unfortunately, there are no flac online stores that are a member of Tunecore. We aim to please otherwise...Pista wrote:I'd rather buy a flac (& I would), but otherwise it's v nice.
No worries. I'll still enjoy the sounds.Ahráyeph wrote:Sorry, Steve, but this is the best I could do. Itunes or mp3. Unfortunately, there are no flac online stores that are a member of Tunecore. We aim to please otherwise...Pista wrote:I'd rather buy a flac (& I would), but otherwise it's v nice.
It's odd that itunes don't offer an apple lossless download though.
After all, it is their proprietary format.
Keep up the good work.

They don't? I was under the impression that .m4a files were Apple Lossless files? So in that case that's what you'd get if you buy the track on iTunes. Or am I mistaken?Pista wrote:No worries. come on do tell, you bloody Goff.
Another Shade of You.
Wish I could, but I can't for a few days longer. However, those who have eyes and ears and a keen mind (not to mention connections in all the right places, like, say, the diamond sector in Antwerp ) already know. Don't they, Christophe?

I thought they still offered that gosh-awful aac crud.
Well, the cat's out of the bag, it seems; so there's no need to wait any longer : Read the top news story; you just might find an interesting name there...
But that's not all. The next bit will most likely interest some of the most avid HL folk : due to the fact that Ahráyeph members Damien and Alex aren't available to play, I've invited some friends over to join me in their stead. The funny thing is that this will make Ahráyeph a four piece for this festival gig, as none other than Mr. Izzy Have Mercy has offered his vast knowledge of all things keyboard, sample and laptop! The long awaited - albeit limited in time - merger of Ahráyeph and FGG has finally happened! So this Ahráyeph gig will truly be a very special one off and a must see gig! Be there, you know you want to!
