Who's dead?
So he bit the dust, passed away, keeled over, kicked the bucket?
Can't help but think that for the lad I wish he'd had a more normal human life.
Bit of a tragedy, actually. I hope he enjoyed the ride on the planet.

The Jeff Goldblum thing is definitely a hoax.
But Michael Jackson...
I'm going to run a book on when the suicide rumours will start flying.

The fundamental cause of the trouble is that in the modern world the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt.

Holy crap, I can't believe this. Indeed, he was "around" for so long, ever since I was a child, that he seemed more like an eternal legend than a mortal human being.
As for this pedophilia thing, I thought he was acquitted a long time ago, or am I wrong.

Didn't he buy his way out of that one?_emma_ wrote: As for this pedophilia thing, I thought he was acquitted a long time ago, or am I wrong.
It's strange. I wasn't a fan, apart from liking the odd single but I think it's true when 'pop stars' are churned out ten-a-penny on tv these days he at least had some talent, and if he was manufactured, at least (no matter how badly) manufactured himself. So when I heard that he had died I was sad.

A sad day.
The King of Pop, fecked up by entertainment business, dies before he makes his Final Grand Stand.
I really like what he did back in the eighties and he was a real idol.
Did make some very good choons as well.
ALso have to say that some comments disgust me beyond belief.
He was human, like you and me, and a great entertainer who lived for his fans.
Just sad this.

Just annoyed having dialled through the airwaves to find a station that isn't playing a bloody memorial compilation.
Not a fan, and how should it affect me beyond that?
They've already confirmed his last wishes were for his body to be recycled as plastic carrier bags - he'll forever be white, plastic and dangerous for small children.EvilBastard wrote:Christ alone knows how they're going to dispose of the body - California won't allow you to bury or burn plastic. MH - yeah, but at least it gets Jade off the front page...

Reports that he suffered cardiac arrest are false.

I was a fan and allways will be.
he indeed was our elvis and just as emma pointed out, he allways was around and had somekind of above human aura around him, but sadly even idols can die.
but face it this mj wasn't the Michael Jackson from the start of his career and that is the mj that I admire.
as for his personal life, I don't think he ever had any. allways been pushed by his parents/family and after that I think money ruled his life (in a direct and indirect form)
was he a pedofile? I don't think any of us here can answer that question.
I think he had a sad life and I hope he can find some rest now.

I said much the same thing on my facebook page, I’m dreading the backlash from my friends. My suggestion was to just throw him in a landfill.EvilBastard wrote:Christ alone knows how they're going to dispose of the body - California won't allow you to bury or burn plastic.
