Art - does this say Sisters Of Mercy to you?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Indy showed a flaw in his character/lack of maturity and poor judgement? To be honest so does anyone using those terms no matter who they be.

Indy I feel did display the typical playground and childish response of 'well they did it too so I can't be blamed/told off' Which immediately then lost any sympathy for him. An apology followed by a but is no apology whatsoever.

We either accept bigoted language from no-one or everyone - I know which I'd prefer.

Nope, nope, nope - sorry if I didn't make myself clear. It's not 'okay', but at least it's understood that you could have substituted 'wanker', 'mofo', or any other of myriad 'insults', and they wouldn't have been taken as personal attacks, 'cause - well, that's just Ramone. It's a tough call, that one, innit? Do the mods play nanny and ban any 'language' whatsoever in the event that it might offend someone (which amounts to censorship), or do they have to analyse every potentially offensive comment for intent? I have my own internal meter for these things - but not everyone's is set the same. :|

Not to my taste stylistically either - but effective. It's what I consider 'public' (i.e. belongs on view in a public setting) rather than 'private' art - too uncomfortable to live with on intimate terms, yet paradoxically also tends to lose its impact if it's just part of a daily environment.
