Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Quietly minding my own business and reading 'Animal Spirits: How Human Psychology Drives the Economy and Why it Matters for Global Capitalism' :~

Being the familiar annoying twit that I am, until now I was blissfully unaware that the classic children's story 'The Wizard of Oz' could be read as a Political and Monetary Allegory :~

Meanwhile, some of you might remember that yours truly did in fact suggest that we had reached the 'Zenith' of Capitalism some time ago? - Of course we are now being encouraged by politicians and bankers to delude ourselves that we are now seeing the 'Green Shoots of Recovery', when in fact it is nothing more than a 'Dead Cat's Bounce' ...

Before you unleash a tirade/avalanche of personal abuse/invective, pretty please can you reconsider, and offer some thoughtful, perhaps academic comments?

i've read an interview with Robert J. Shiller and i must agree with that idea of baloon and mindless motivations. i even spot myself that no matter how much we'll try we are just a coil of hormons and/or other chemistry that drive us, but,but we can sometimes find out what is happening and then we can stop this.

edith:
i'm not a economist but it's just wishful thinkg when someone say that this crisis is near the end. it's just like easter or christmas during IWW when shot and fight were stope for a few days and then back to the fight.

and i seriuolsy that we'll not take a lesson from that. Historia Magistra Vitae Est. yeah right.
