Ooh yes, I found it time for a new Currently-thread. Humour mihi
CM- Airgun shooting.
Since my lovely daughter entered the world, this other beaut:
... had to be dismantled and put to rest until she's old enough to understand the use and misuse of firearms, even when they are just air-driven and with lead pellets.
I always had a thing about guns, not the gun proper, but the shooting.
I had a serious accident with a bow when I was younger, otherwise I guess my interest would have shifted to archery without any doubt.
Problem is I cannot handle a bow now without 'the accident' popping up in my mind, fecking up my concentration.
I never had that with my air gun, and I really miss the shootouts with my bro-in-law.
Ah, then again, I will not take the risk nowadays with the wee missiZ hopping around here, but still, I miss it. Moving to bro-in-law is not possible since he spawned a lovely little irl himself...
Any stuff you guys did in the elden days ans are unable to do today, the reason being either lack of interest, opportunity or money?
Shoot!

aww...*hugs ems* know that i love you and am holding thumbs!
@ IZ ~ you know what i have since my daughter entered this world:
muscles and they are mine with an inner left and right jaw joined with the legs left and right bringing the largest of men down!!!
my daughter can handle a bow though IZ, she can show you one day!
in my elden days i wasn't allowed to go hunting although i wouldn't want to today thanks no interest. shooting at that isn't too interesting if done with a gun but with bow and arrow...hmmm...not too much noise is it?

Too much regulations here in Belgium.Big Si wrote:mybelgiannemesis - why not join a "Gun Club"
Apparently you need a permit 4 to join a gun club (even for air guns).
That's not really a problem, for I'd gladly "go" for a permit, but there's not as much fun to be had as in the backyard, shooting cards and ducks while having a nice afternoon with two or three friends
