Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Ah good point. Twas a sound! Strangely I remember reading someone used abstract painting as a torture method. Not sure how exactly a painting would be torturous. Apart from Rothko of course! ;D

Well (since ye want a fight) Mondrian paintings have been faked by people and tests (I ken ye like that sort of schtick) have shown that regular Joes and Janes can spot the real deal.
The man had a gift and his incredible art is not sans humour.

I've been to the Mondriaan museum in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

I really wasn't a Mondriaan adept, but after the visit, I got very much respect for his work.
