Since you asked so nicely

MUSHROOM STROGANOFF

350g tagliatelle
1 small onion, chopped
300g mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
2tsp paprika
1tbsp tomato puree
2tsp dijon mustard
squeeze of lemon juice
150ml creme fraiche
chopped parsley to garnish

*Bring pan of water to boil and cook tagliatelle for 10 mins or according to instructions.
*Heat tsp oil in a large frying pan. When hot add chopped mushrooms and saute for 5 mins over a high heat until golden brown. Add garlic and paprika and cook for 30 secs stirring throughout.
* Add the puree, mustard and lemon juice and cook for 30 secs. Stir in creme fraiche and cook over gentle heat until hot. Season to taste.
*Drain tagliatelle and divide between bowls, top with the mushroom mixture and scatter over parsley.

Yum!

I add Quorn chicken sometimes too to make it a bit more exciting, though is still good with just mushrooms. Gotta have garlic bread as well!

a rather cheeky red wine.

Actually I've no idea if it's "cheeky" or polite & respectful. Tastes nice though.
